| Response | Financial Intelligence Unit - India has been included in the Second Schedule of RTI Act, 2005 vide Department of Personnel & Training notification dated 28th September, 2005 and therefore under Section 24 (1) of the RTI Act, 2005, FIU-IND is exempt from the operation of this Act. |
